CM3D Basic Wheelchair Curling Delivery Head – Specialty PLA

Designed as an affordable entry point into wheelchair curling, the CM3D Specialty PLA Delivery Head combines the core design principles and adjustability of our higher-tier models with distinctive PLA finishes.

Choose from specialty colours and effects such as marble, wood, copper, gold, silver and bronze. These finishes give each head a different look, from stone-like textures to metallic-inspired colours. Gold, silver and bronze options can also make eye-catching choices for club or competition-themed pieces. These are PLA finishes, not solid metal.

Specialty filaments may vary in appearance between batches, so the finish and selection available in the Shopify store may change over time.

The head is designed to provide consistent stone rotation and controlled delivery. Its adjustable cradle can be tuned to suit the individual curler.

Six interchangeable grip inserts are supplied to accommodate variations in curling-stone handle size and provide a secure, consistent contact point.

The supplied CM3D socket makes adjustments and routine maintenance easier, particularly for curlers with limited hand function. It also doubles as a quick rotation adjustment when placed inside the cradle. In testing, this has changed the delivery from around five rotations to around three.

The cue connection is designed to fit standard paintbrush handles with a 3/4-inch ACME-compatible thread.

Each complete head includes:

- 1 × CM3D delivery fork

- 1 × adjustable cradle

- 1 × CM3D socket

- 6 × interchangeable grip inserts

- 3 × nylon M6 bolts

- 2 × nylon washers

- 1 × nylon M6 nut

- 1 × CM3D printed cue connection washer, fitted between the delivery head and cue

Nylon hardware has been selected for its combination of durability, low weight and ice-friendly construction, reducing the use of exposed metal components around the playing surface.
